Valentin Voinescu, Partner at NNDKP,  is one of the speakers of MIRSANU DEALMAKERS SUMMIT 2024.

Valentin Voinescu is a Partner in NNDKP’s Banking and Finance practice and a seasoned banking and finance lawyer with 19 years of experience.

Valentin has broad transactional and advisory experience in the financial sector and in advising financial institutions and corporations on a wide range of issues, including finance transactions, debt instruments, and regulatory matters.

He specializes in syndicated transactions (cross-border and local), project finance and structured finance, being acknowledged for his experience in structuring and executing complex deals.

Throughout his career, he has been involved in large-scale projects, including milestone deals in the local market. He contributed to the development of a flourishing local syndicated market, regularly advising key local banks on some of the largest and most complex deals, with more than EUR 1 billion of such transactions successfully executed during the past 3 years.

Valentin also advises clients in large-scale cross-border transactions with a Romanian component, working closely with some of the most reputable law firms globally.
