Razvan Popa, CEO of Jantzen Renewables, is one of the speakers of THE SUSTAINABILITY CHALLENGE 2024.
Razvan is the CEO and shareholder of Jantzen Renewables. Before assuming the CEO role, Razvan Popa served as Partner and Head of Transactions at Jantzen Renewables, where he was instrumental in securing key partnerships and advancing the company’s position in the renewable energy market. His leadership was pivotal in the development and sale of the Helios 1 photovoltaic cluster, one of Southeast Europe’s largest solar energy projects, with a capacity of 710 megawatts DC.
Prior joining Jantzen Renewables he was the head of the M&A department and the Managing Partner of the Bucharest office of the international law firm Kinstellar. He was also regional co-head of the Private Equity Sector within Kinstellar. Razvan’s 25 years career includes positions with NCH Advisors, Alpha Bank and a local law firm. Razvan was involved in significant transactions in various industries and sectors, including agriculture, tech and energy.
