Loredana Chitu, Partner and Head of the Capital Markets group in Dentons Romania, is one of the speakers of MIRSANU IPO CHALLENGE 2023.
Loredana has extensive experience in debt and equity capital markets, having advised both issuers and investment banks. She has been involved in some of the most important transactions in the market, advising local and international companies in various industries.
A well-known lawyer for capital markets regulatory work, she advises on shareholders’ rights and disputes, takeovers, insider dealing and market abuse, MIFID, transparency and corporate governance requirements, as well as on regulatory aspects of DLT / blockchain solutions. She also advises private equity funds on regulatory matters under AIFMD and EuVECA.
