Laurentiu Stan is a Certified Exit Planning Advisor and licensed valuator, with nearly two decades of experience in business and intangible asset valuation. Driven by years of expertise in the field of business and intangible asset valuation, he currently focuses on developing the innovative concept of Value Growth Advisory in Romania.
Over the years, Laurentiu has obtained certifications from prestigious national and international organizations in the valuation field, including the Certified Valuation Analyst – CVA™️ by The European Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts – EACVA™️, Recognised European Valuer – REV®️ granted by The European Group of Valuers’ Associations – TEGoVA. He is also a member of the prestigious Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors – RICS and an accredited member of ANEVAR (MAA) for Enterprise and Intangible Asset Valuation.
Laurentiu Stan co-founded Startups Booster Consortium Romania (SBC), a non-legal entity comprising specialists from various regions of the country and abroad, with expertise in various fields of activity. SBC provides support for the Romanian business environment, in general, and startups or SMEs, in particular, being a „one-stop-shop” for intelligent business scaling solutions.
