Florin Visa, Partner at Early Game Ventures, is one of the speakers of MIRSANU DEALMAKERS SUMMIT 2024.
Florin Vișa joined Early Game Ventures at the beginning of 2024 and together with two other partners, Cristian Munteanu and Dan Călugăreanu, launched Early Game Ventures Fund II, an EUR 60m VC fund.
He has spent his career in Private Equity investments, previously working for the EBRD and having a thriving career in M&A (mergers & acquisitions) for investment banks, Big4 consultants, and his own independent boutique, having also made crowdfunding and angel VC investments.
In his career Florin assisted over 100 M&A transactions and participated in investment decisions on 15 PE and VC transactions. Florin’s activity focused on the markets of Romania, Turkey, Bulgaria, Hungary and Ukraine.
