Evtim Chesnovski, Partner at Integral Capital Group, is one of the speakers of MIRSANU INVESTORS SUMMIT 2025.

Integral Capital Group, (“Integral”, formerly active as Integral Venture Partners), a leading pan-CEE mid / small market private equity and growth capital investment firm, had recently the first close of its second fund. Evolving Europe Principal Investments will aim for a final close at EUR 150 million by the end of 2025 which would bring the Integral capital base – raised, syndicated and managed capital since inception – to approximately EUR 300 million.
At first close, Integral secured LP commitments from leading international institutional investors including the European Investment Fund (EIF), the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) and the International Finance Corporation (IFC) – all three also cornerstone investors in Integral’s first fund; and regional and international family offices. The EIF’s contribution is supported by the European Union – NextGenerationEU with the financial backing of the Government of Bulgaria under the Bulgaria Recovery and Resilience Plan, and of the Government of Romania under the Romania Recovery Equity Fund.
