Daniela Iliescu, member of the board Patria Bank and Executive Director ROPEA, speaker of THE SUSTAINABILITY CHALLENGE 2023

 

Daniela Iliescu, member of the board Patria Bank and Executive Director ROPEA, is one of the speakers of of THE SUSTAINABILITY CHALLENGE 2023, an event organized by MIRSANU.RO transaction journal and dedicated to changes and challenges generated by sustainability in business models and financing models of the companies.

Daniela Iliescu is a finance professional, with expertise in management of banking and non-banking financial institutions as Executive (CEO) and Non-Executive, Management of Risk & Audit Committees, private equity industry covering all aspects from structuring and fundraising to complex transaction processes in financial services sector and portfolio management. 

Daniela supervised private equity & financing transactions exceeding €200+ million. With 23 years of professional experience which started in PwC where she led audit and advisory projects, since 2007 Daniela is with Axxess Capital Partners, where she is responsible for the investments in financial services. She has been a member of the Board of Directors of Patria Bank since 2014 and she is also member of the Board of Director of Patria Credit IFN SA and Patria Asset Management SAI. She has also been Executive Director of Romanian Private Equity Association since 2022.

She holds a Diploma in Board Practice and Directorship issued by Henley Business School & Envisia, an Executive MBA degree issued by Wien University of Economics and a Master of Science degree from Economics Academy, Bucharest.
