Cornel Marian, Managing Partner ORESA, speaker to MIRSANU DEALMAKERS SUMMIT 2020

 

Cornel  Marian, Managing Partner ORESA, is one of the speakers of MIRSANU DEALMAKERS SUMMIT 2020 on December 10. Cornel, one of the pioneers of the Romanian investment industry, will bring to the table the view of a family investment office to a debate in the Private equity panel.

Oresa, a family-owned investment with Swedish roots, has been present in Central and Eastern Europe through private-equity investments since 1995.

Over the years, Oresa has invested more than EUR 200 million in equity in over 25 companies and more than EUR 150 million in equity in Romania alone.

Latest deal closed on December 7, 2020 means the exit of ORESA from KIWI Finance, the largest credit broker in Romania, acquired by OLX Group. After four exits in the last 2 years, ORESA’s current portfolio include La Fantana and Romanian Business Consult, two companies that are market leaders in their sectors.
