He has over 22 years of experience in banking, consulting, energy and transport / logistics.
Catalin has held positions on the board of directors of major companies – Oil Terminal SA (non-executive), Lower Danube River Administration (general manager and member of the Board) , Santierul Naval Mangalia SA (chairman of the Board) , RAJDP Constanta (chairman of the Board).
He holds the title of Chartered Financial Analyst and is a member of the CFA Society. He is also a member of Independent Director Association.
