Bogdan Zinca, Head of contracting unit, Treasury and Public Debt Department, Ministry of Finance, is one of the speakers of THE SUSTAINABILITY CHALLENGE 2024.
Bogdan was appointed Head of contracting unit in March 2021 and coordinates the activity of contracting public debt on the domestic and international markets. Starting with February 2017, he joined the contracting unit team as an expert, being focused on the activity of the primary market of government securities.
Prior to joining Ministry of Finance, Bogdan Zinca was an expert within the National Agency for Fiscal Administration for a period of 2 years, before that having an experience of 8 years in the field of accessing European funds in the private sector.
