Andrei Racu, Head of M&A at AROBS Group, is one of the speakers of MIRSANU DEALMAKERS SUMMIT 2024.
Andrei Racu brings over 15 years of experience in finance, focusing on internal audit, financial analysis, and mergers and acquisitions. As Head of M&A at AROBS Group, he drives complex transactions, structures innovative deal strategies, and ensures that corporate goals align with long-term growth and value creation.
Having worked on assignments in more than 20 countries, Andrei has developed a deep understanding of international business dynamics and the ability to adapt to diverse cultural and regulatory environments.
He earned his degree in Economic Informatics from Babes-Bolyai University, combining his interests in technology and economics to build a robust analytical foundation. Currently, he is pursuing an Executive MBA (EMBA) at Transylvania Executive Education in collaboration with The University of Buckingham, further strengthening his leadership skills and reinforcing his commitment to continuous professional growth.
