She contributed to and coordinated a wide range of projects – complex M&As in the banking sector (including the EUR 3.75 billion sale of BCR to Erste Bank), financing transactions, complex contractual arrangements, bond issuance on regulated markets or via private placements, complex regulatory advice in the banking sector and capital markets aspects, as well as in relation to core aspects of activity of credit and financial institutions.
Alina was included in the Legal 500 Hall of Fame (most recently in the 2023 edition) and in the IFLR1000 Women Leaders guide (in the last 3 years), among the most prominent female lawyers in the world.
