Alexandra Popa, Head of Corporate Finance Advisory UniCredit Bank Romania, is one of the speakers of MIRSANU DEALMAKERS SUMMIT 2023.
She is a Senior Executive with 18+ years of experience in financial services in areas of merger&acquisitions, capital markets and private equity as well as Certified Independent Director in several companies with extensive exposure to the local entrepreneurial environment. Alexandra joined UniCredit in 2019 as Head of Corporate Finance Advisory Romania where she completed several landmark transactions and sits in the Investment Committee of NeSsT Impact Fund. Alexandra has a Master in Financial Engineering from University of Paris XI Sceaux and an Executive and Career Coach Certification.
