Dan Farcasanu, Partner of Mozaik Investments, is one of the speakers of THE SUSTAINABILITY CHALLENGE 2024.

Dan has over 25 years of private equity and corporate finance expertise in CEE and Romania.

He also worked in other international asset managers such as The Carlyle Group, Resource Partners, GED, Global Finance. Dan did transactions in CEE and Romania, in industries such as fitness, telecom, retail, travel, hospitality or printing.

Dan has extensive experience in M&A, equity and debt finance and capital structures, and finally and most important working with founders and entrepreneurs. He held various Board positions in different industries and the local PE association.

Dan is a member in YPO, Romanian chapter. He is also a member in Romanian Business Leaders, TechAngels and Endeavour Romania.

Andreea Vasilescu, Partner, Member of the Board KPMG in Romania and Moldova and Head of Energy & Natural Resources, is one of the speakers of THE SUSTAINABILITY CHALLENGE 2024, an event dedicated to the changes and challenges generated by sustainability in business models and financing models of the companies.

Andreea has been with KPMG in Romania since 2002 and has a broad experience in working with large Romanian companies as well as international groups operating in Romania, mainly from the energy and utilities sector.

Andreea’s main background is in audit, and since January 2024 she is leading the Energy & Natural Resources sector in KPMG Romania and Moldova. She also has experience in capital markets transactions, as she has participated as an auditor in listing companies on the Bucharest and London stock exchanges.
