Lacramioara Diaconu – Pintea, Country Manager OX2 Romania, is one of the speakers of MIRSANU DEALMAKERS SUMMIT 2025.

Lacramioara Diaconu-Pintea was appointed Country Manager for OX2 Romania in January 2023, being responsible for continuing to scale up the company’s portfolio across technologies – wind, solar, energy storage and hydrogen. OX2 develops, constructs, and sells onshore and offshore windfarms and solar PV farms, also offering management of wind- and solar farms after completion.

Lacramioara Diaconu-Pințea has an extensive experience in the energy sector in Romania, from large capital projects to business transformation and growth and has held several executive positions within the industry (OMV group, Complexul Energetic Oltenia). She graduated Finance at ASE Bucharest and the Executive MBA program of WU Wien and University of Minneapolis.

Producatorul de energie regenerabila Renalfa IPP a contractat o finantare de 315 mil. Euro de la un club de banci condus de catre EBRD pentru un program de investitii in capacitate de energie regenerabila pe pietele din Europa Centrala si de Est, inclusiv Romania, conform informatiilor disponibile pentru jurnalul de tranzactii MIRSANU.RO.

Pachetul de finantare pentru compania de tip holding (Holdco Financing), anuntat pe 24 iulie 2025, va acoperi partial un plan de investitii de 1,2 mld. Euro pentru portofoliul Renalfa, potrivit caruia capacitati de productie de circa 1,6 GW si sisteme de stocare a energiei in baterii colocate (BESS) de circa 3,3 GWh urmeaza sa fie operationale in Bulgaria, Ungaria, Romania si Macedonia de Nord.

In cadrul tranzactiei, EBRD a participat cu o finantare proprie de 100 mil. Euro si a mobilizat alte 100 mil. Euro din partea altor banci comerciale participante. EBRD a utilizat un mecanism de garantare (first loss guarantee) sub forma unui model hibrid, care permite institutiei financiare internationale si bancilor participante la tranzactie sa beneficieze de programul InvestEU al Uniunii Europene pentru impartirea riscurilor de piata asociate productiei comerciale de energie regenerabila si tehnologiilor inovatoare de stocare.

De asemenea, din clubul de finantatori ai Renalfa au mai facut parte Banca pentru Comert si Dezvoltare a Marii Negre (BSTDB), OTP Bank, Nova Ljubljanska Banka, UniCredit si KommunalKredit.

Renalfa IPP a anuntat achizitia la finele lui 2024 a unui proiect fotovoltaic de 258 MWac din judetul Teleorman (Romania), care ar urma sa devina operational din punct de vedere comercial in 2027.

Renalfa IPP este un joint venture format de catre Renalfa Solarpro Group – companie fondata de catre investitori bulgari – si managerul francez de fonduri de infrastructura RGREEN INVEST – jucator pe piata de energie regenerabila din Europa Centrala si de Est.
