Magdalena Sniegocka, Principal at CVI, is one of the speakers of MIRSANU INVESTORS SUMMIT 2025.
She is responsible for the firm’s investment activities in the Romanian market.
Magdalena has over 15 years of international experience in executing investments, portfolio oversight, corporate finance, and transaction advisory. Throughout her career, she has completed transactions on public and private markets valued at over EUR 13 billion.
Currently, Magdalena is responsible for execution and monitoring of private debt investments and serves as a member of the investment committee at CVI, an asset manager with nearly EUR 1 billion in AUM.
Prior to CVI, she gained investment banking experience at Lehman Brothers and Nomura in London, and later she led the Corporate Finance division at Kulczyk Investments. Magdalena holds a Master’s degree in Finance from ESCP Europe, studying in London, Madrid, and Paris. She also graduated from the Poznań University of Economics and Harvard Business School (PLD).
