Sorin Petre, Partner Deal Advisory, Leader of Valuation & Economics PwC Romania, is one of the speakers of MIRSANU IPO CHALLENGE 2022 in the panel on trends in IPO and capital markets.
Sorin Petre is specialized in valuations, financial and economic feasibility studies and business plans assistance. Within the Deal- Advisory department, he is responsible with Valuation & Economics services.
He has over 27 years of professional experience in advisory services with extensive experience in purchase price allocations, valuations, being involved in a significant number of projects related to business, tangible and intangible assets valuation for financial reporting and as support in transactions.
Sorin is Electrical Engineer, graduate of University Politehnica of Bucharest, certified accountant (FCCA) and CFA charterholder. He is member of the Romanian Auditors Chamber (CAFR) and of the National Association of Romanian Authorised Valuers (ANEVAR) being certified valuer for business, real estate and financial instruments valuation. Sorin has also RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) and REV (Recognised European Valuer) certifications. He has been the President of ANEVAR between 2020-2021 and currently is member of the Board.
