Simona Marin, Partner and Head of the Dentons’ Banking and Finance practice in Romania, speaker at THE SUSTAINABILITY CHALLENGE 2022

 

Simona Marin, an English and New York qualified Partner and Head of the Dentons’ Banking and Finance practice in Romania, is one of the speakers of THE SUSTAINABILITY CHALLENGE 2022, an event organized by the transaction journal MIRSANU.RO and dedicated to changes and challenges generated by sustainability in business models and financing models of the companies.

She focuses on project finance, real estate finance and other financing structures, syndicated and bilateral, secured and unsecured.

Simona has over 15 years of experience advising on a broad range of high-profile financings and projects throughout the Central and South East Europe region. She has advised on transactions in the energy and utilities, hotels and leisure, financial services, infrastructure and project finance, as well as the real estate and construction sectors. In recent years Simona has focused on green and sustainable finance.

She acts for lenders and borrowers and has been involved in advising international banks and financial institutions on a number of ground-breaking transactions in the region in recent years.
