Silviu Toma, Executive Director – Project and Structured Finance Directorate – Corporate Division at Raiffeisen Bank Romania, is one of the speakers of MIRSANU DEALMAKERS SUMMIT 2025.
Silviu Toma has extensive experience in corporate finance, with his professional journey beginning in 1998. He has been with Raiffeisen Bank Romania for 24 years, currently serving in an Executive role where he leads five departments. These departments cover diverse areas such as real estate finance, mergers and acquisitions, project finance, syndications, commodity and balance sheet finance, and EU finance programs.
Throughout his career, Mr. Toma has developed strong skills in strategic leadership, financial analysis, process management, deal structuring, and cross-functional team coordination. His expertise extends to driving business growth, managing complex financial transactions, and fostering relationships with key stakeholders, both locally and internationally.
