Robert Miklo, Director Investment Services Colliers International Romania, is one of the speakers of MIRSANU DEALMAKERS SUMMIT 2020. He will bring to the table his experience in advising major investors in the real estate market panel.
Robert is part of the Investment Services department at Colliers International Romania as Director and he is also the artisan of the largest transaction with revenue generating commercial real estate assets in Romania – the sale of the Nepi Rockcastle local office portfolio to AFI Europe in August 2020. In this role, Robert offers his broad knowledge about the global, regional and the local market to clients in order to guide successfully the origination, management and negotiations of major transactions in Romania, which consequently turned him into a key member of the investment team. His 14 years at Colliers have provided him a great experience with institutional and private investors, as well as developers of office, retail and industrial properties. As such, the investment team at Colliers International Romania has been market leader in terms of closed transactions, including: Dacia Warehouse Pitesti (2017), Premium Point and Premium Plaza (2016), Floreasca Park (2015), Europolis Industrial Park (2015).
