Richard Wilkinson, Chief Financial Officeer and Deputy Chief Executive Officer of CTP Group, is keynote speaker of MIRSANU IPO CHALLENGE 2022.
As Group CFO & Deputy CEO, Richard is responsible for the financing of the entire Group’s portfolio. He was instrumental in the first sale of a portion of CTP’s portfolio to a third party, organised the largest industrial real estate refinancing in CEE history, and lead CTP’s debut Green Bond which was the largest inaugural in CEE Real Estate. In just five months, the Group raised €1.55 billion over three Green Bond issuances.
In March 2021, CTP had a successful IPO on Euronext Amsterdam which stood to be the largest real estate IPO in Europe since 2014. With gross proceeds of 854 mil. Euro from this IPO deal, CTP has reached a market capitalization per year-end 2021 of 7.5 billion euros. CTP is the leader of the industrial real estate market in Romania and CEE.
Richard Wilkinson continues to play a vital role in CTP’s growth and ambitious growth plans.
After studying Law at at London School of Economics, Richard moved to career in finance. For nearly 30 years he has held various senior management positions in Treasury, Balance Sheet Management, Corporate Banking and Real Estate.
