Ramona Dragomir, Principal Banker at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, is one of the speakers of MIRSANU DEALMAKERS SUMMIT 2025.
Before joining EBRD in 2014, Mrs. Dragomir has held key roles at leading financial institutions, including Unicredit Tiriac Bank and Raiffeisen Bank International, where she specialized in financial analysis, credit risk assessment, and corporate risk management.
Mrs. Dragomir is an experienced banking professional with a strong background in corporate debt and equity solutions for emerging markets. Her career has focused on advancing sustainability within the corporate sector, particularly in relation to impact investments. She has built a wealth of experience in managing complex financial structures and fostering client relationships across various industries, with a particular focus on Industry, Commerce, and Agribusiness sectors.
She holds a Master’s degree in Financial Management and Capital Markets and is a CFA Charter-holder since 2015.
