Raluca Tintoiu, Deputy CEO and Head of Wholesale Banking for ING Romania, is one of the speakers of MIRSANU IPO CHALLENGE 2025.
She started her career in 1998 at ING Bank as a management trainee and held several increasingly senior roles in the corporate finance, structured lending and capital markets teams of ING, in Romania and the UK.
After 10 years, she joined Unicredit Romania, leading the local Corporate Finance Advisory team. From 2013 to 2017, she became the CEO of NN Pensions, the largest Romanian private pension fund. Subsequently, Raluca became part of the Corporate Strategy and Corporate Development team of NN Group in the Netherlands, being actively involved in several strategic M&A projects of the group. Her last role with NN was to coordinate the integration process of Metlife’s operations in Poland, acquired by NN Group in 2022.
Raluca has a longstanding experience in capital markets, M&A, structured finance and investment management, having coordinated transactions worth more than EUR 3 billion. She is a graduate of the Romanian Academy of Economic Studies, holds an MBA degree from London Business School and several post grad degrees.
