With more than 18 years of legal expertise, acting as consultant and pleading attorney, Radu has spent the last 9 years in the APS Holding, where he climbed the ranks from in-house Lawyer to Corporate Recovery Director, during this time offering extended consultancy services and oversight in matters of insolvency, commercial law, due diligence processes for NPL and PL acquisitions.
Since 2022 he holds the CEO role for APS Romania, where using the firsthand experience gained in distressed debt management supervises the company in providing a full range of portfolio operations from third-party servicing and management for institutional investors to buying of whole portfolios.
