Ovidiu Bucataru has joined in January 2019 as CFO Grup Serban Holding, a business group with 7 companies and 464 team members.
He provides financial leadership to the organization to drive better business results and operating efficiencies. Grup Serban Holding is a listed company on Bucharest Stock Exchange since February 2022.
Previously, Ovidiu had various positions for 15 years in the banking sector.
