Oana Gresoiu, Group Chief People, Culture and Sustainability Officer, Verdino Green Foods, is one of the speakers of THE SUSTAINABILITY CHALLENGE 2023, an event organized by the transaction journal MIRSANU.RO and dedicated to changes and challenges generated by sustainability in business models and financing models of the companies.

Oana joined Verdino Green Foods at the beginning of 2022 and was appointed to grow connection of ESG issues and employee development, to integrate sustainability strategy into all business units, to build a powerful, united, and committed teams. Due to a large intersection of topics, such as sustainable corporate governance, product stewardship as well as awareness of social responsibility, her role is now elevating the commitment and mission to the executive level of the company and dovetailing all corresponding areas more closely. 

As Group Chief People, Culture and Sustainability Officer, she makes important contribution to create a more environmentally conscious, socially responsibility and economically sustainable commitment in Verdino Green Foods’s corporate governance.

With continued ambitions to accelerate the pace, Oana’s focus on talent strategy, values and culture will set apart Verdino Green Foods in a competitive and fast-evolving plant-based food industry.
