Nick Vozianov, Director, Loan Capital Markets, CEEMEA ING, speaker of MIRSANU DEALMAKERS SUMMIT 2021

 

Nick Vozianov, Director, Loan Capital Markets, CEEMEA ING, is one of the speakers of MIRSANU DEALMAKERS SUMMIT 2021 in the opening panel dedicated to international trends that shapes major corporative transactions.

Nick Vozianov is a Director in ING Bank’s London-based Loan Capital Markets department. Accomplished and analytical seasoned banking professional with extensive experience in business development, syndicated finance, and credit insurance with a focus on relationship development, structured finance, and commercial lending.

At ING Nick is responsible for the CEEMEA region. Adept in delivering corporate banking services to largest Russian, CIS, CEE, and Middle Eastern corporates and financial institutions and communicating with external and internal stakeholders to meet clients and organisational objectives.Nick has broad experience in originating, underwriting, coordinating, structuring, managing and distributing syndicated transactions.

Nick joined ING in May 2011 from SMBCE, where he was the Head of Corporate, F.I. and Structured Finance Syndications. Before joining SMBCE in 2004 Nick worked for DZ BANK’s Syndications team in London where he looked after all aspects of loan distribution and execution in the EMEA region, as well as secondary sales and took part in managing the Bank’s loan portfolio.

Nick holds a first-class degree from the European Business School, London, speaks fluent English and is a native Russian speaker.
