Mihai Patrulescu, Head of Investment Properties at CBRE Romania, is one of the speakers of MIRSANU DEALMAKERS SUMMIT 2024.
With a strong financial background, Mihai Patrulescu brings a different approach, having experience in complex projects, financial analysis, and project management for large real estate portfolio deals. During his career, Mihai held key positions as a Senior Investment Associate and Head of Strategic Analysis in the real estate industry and was involved in complex portfolio transactions. Since 2021, he has led the Investment Properties department in CBRE Romania, being highly connected to the global Capital Markets network and knowledge of CBRE.
