Marcel Cobuz, Chairman of the Group Executive Committee at Titan Cement International S.A. (Euronext Brussels: TITC), is one of the speakers of MIRSANU IPO CHALLENGE 2025.
He is Chairman of the Board at Titan America LLC (NYSE: TTAM). In February 2025, Titan Group completed a major strategic move with Titan America’s IPO and listing on New York Stock Exchange, raising gross proceeds of USD 393 million.
With over 20 years of global leadership in building and infrastructure materials, Marcel has held senior executive and board roles across Europe, Asia, MENA, and the U.S. Prior to joining Titan Group, he was Head of Europe and Group Innovation at LafargeHolcim.
Marcel started his career as part of the team which built the Bucharest Stock Exchange. An alumnus of Harvard Business School, IMD, and the Singularity Group, he is also a certified executive coach and long-time trustee of education nonprofits. An advocate for embracing innovation towards a net zero and digitalised industry.
