Lorena Brehuescu, M&A and Leasing Manager at Oresa Industra, speaker of THE SUSTAINABILITY CHALLENGE 2024

 

Lorena Brehuescu, M&A and Leasing Manager at Oresa Industra, is one of the speakers of THE SUSTAINABILITY CHALLENGE 2024.

She is a real estate professional with over 10 years of experience in the industry different areas of expertise: valuation and consultancy, capital markets transactions and leasing. Her background is economics with a master’s in real estate and an MBA in finance, obtained in Italy. Between 2019-2021, Lorena was part of the board of RICS Romania.

During her career, she has worked for reputable companies such as BCR (Erste Group), KPMG Luxembourg and CBRE. In the latest, Lorena has worked also for several transactions in the market covering different types of the commercial properties, the most important being in the logistic and industrial segment.

She is now at Oresa Industra, as M&A and Leasing Manager, where her focus is to grow the real estate portfolio and attract strategic clients in our developments.

On October 10, 2024, THE SUSTAINABILITY CHALLENGE 2024 will be hosted by MIRSANU.RO transaction journal with the support of KPMG in Romania.
