Liviu Dobre serves as Chief Executive Officer playing a key leadership role in executing the Group’s strategy to empower Romanian farmers through innovation, financing, and know-how. With more than 20 years of executive experience, he brings strong expertise in financial services, coupled with a deep operational understanding of the agricultural sector.
Before joining Agricover in 2007, he contributed to the development of Renault Group’s financial services in Romania, where he held several senior management roles.
At Agricover, he leads the operational execution of the Group’s business lines, with a focus on developing integrated, farmer-centric solutions. Working closely with the company’s strategic leadership, he has been instrumental in shaping and scaling the agri-finance model that distinguishes Agricover in the market.
His approach combines financial discipline with a practical grasp of farmers’ real needs, ensuring that every solution delivered by the Group serves the purpose of sustainable growth in Romanian agriculture.
