Jerome France, CEO & Founder EMI Group, is one of the speakers of MIRSANU DEALMAKERS SUMMIT 2023.
He is a born entrepreneur, now turned investor, who has stood the test of time by launching and managing a successful business that is a leader in the industrial access systems field.
With the desire to transform the developed company into a consolidation platform, in 2021, Jerome attracted a consortium of investors led by Morphosis Capital, and later in 2023, secured support from the regional fund Innova Capital. With an ongoing M&A strategy and expansion, the EMI Group, led by Jerome France, currently owns 5 companies: EMI Romania and KADRA in Romania, along with Decran (Belgium + Slovakia) and Access System in Belgium, complemented by two factories in these countries.
Jerome arrived in Romania 20 years ago, where he established his family, he is also a member of CCEF section (French Foreign Trade Advisors).
He is passionate about motorsport, being a multiple champion, taking this passion to the highest level of performance, repeatedly breaking several records in national and regional competitions.
