Ioana Filipescu Stamboli, Managing Director at Investment Advisory Partners, is one of the speakers of MIRSANU DEALMAKERS SUMMIT 2025

Ioana Filipescu Stamboli has over 30 years of experience in financial advisory and investment banking with EBRD, KPMG Raiffeisen Investment, Deloitte Central Europe. In the recent years she resumed an independent M&A advisory position.

Throughout her career, Ioana has contributed at closing over 50 M&A transactions, predominantly supporting local entrepreneurs divesting, but also serving private equity clients and international corporates.

Ioana is ranked first among M&A consultants in Romania by number of successful transactions closed, according to league tables compiled by global M&A market monitoring company Mergermarket. Ioana is a graduate of École Nationale d’Administration – ENA and has an executive master in business administration and a master’s degree in engineering.
