Ileana Gutu, Partner & Head of Valuation, Modelling and Economics of EY Romania, is one of the speakers of MIRSANU DEALMAKERS SUMMIT 2022.
Ileana, Partner within Strategy and Transaction Department of EY Romania, is specialized in business and asset valuations, economic impact analysis, feasibility studies as well as assistance for applying for state aid schemes. Ileana joined EY in 2020. She has over 15 years of professional experience in valuation services.
Ileana Gutu holds ACCA Diploma in International Financial Reporting and is a CFA charterholder. She is also member in the National Association of Romanian Certified Valuers (ANEVAR), being a certified valuator specialized in business and real estate valuation. Ileana graduated master courses in the area of Financial Management and Stock exchange.
