Georgiana Singurel, Partner, Reff & Associates | Deloitte Legal, head of the Corporate M&A practice, is one of the speakers of MIRSANU DEALMAKERS SUMMIT 2020. She will bring to the table her legal expertise in the M&A panel.
Georgiana is an attorney at law with over 20 years of experience, member of the Bucharest Bar since October 1998. She is specialized in M&A projects, including group reorganizations processes, commercial transactions, joint ventures and also in public procurement and concessions matters. Georgiana coordinates numerous projects on buy-side or sell-side, in various industries such as manufacturing, pharma, retail and consumer business, from the initial structuring phase, going into the due diligence and then preparation, negotiation and execution of contractual documentation. She advices a large variety of international clients on all legal matters pertaining to their business in Romania, including corporate transactions, acquisitions and divestments. She is also experienced in group reorganizations processes.
Georgiana also leads Reff & Associates | Deloitte Legal’s team specialized in public procurement and concessions projects. Since 2007 she has been continuously involved as a trainer and legal expert in various projects for strengthening the administrative capacities of authorities for implementing PPP and concession projects in Romania. Georgiana is a contributor to the drafting of a PPP Toolkit and a PPP Manual, transposed in the secondary legislation regarding the concessions of public works and services.
