He was involved in numerous IPOs/SPOs such as:Romgaz, Transgaz, Transelectrica, NEPI Plc, TRANSPORT TRADE SERVICES, AQUILA PART PROD, ABN International. Gabriel managed and coordinated all the offers intermediated by TradeVille – more than 35 deals – private placement for bond issues, private placements for stock issues for new issuers, public offers for capital increase for existing issuers.
