Florin Visa, Partner at Early Game Ventures, is one of the speakers of MIRSANU DEALMAKERS SUMMIT 2025.
Florin Visa joined the Early Game Ventures team at the beginning of 2024, upon the launch of its second fund, Early Game Fund II.
Florin’s career is defined by a complex specialization in the investment sector. His experience encompasses both Private Equity (PE) investments—including his previous activity at the EBRD (European Bank for Reconstruction and Development)—and a rich history in M&A (Mergers and Acquisitions), gained at investment banks and consulting firms within the Big4 group. Furthermore, he brings valuable expertise in Venture Capital (VC), crowdfunding, and angel investment.
From an entrepreneurial perspective, Florin Vișa led a financial consulting company specialized in acquisitions. The company finalized numerous successful transactions, with the most notable being the contribution to the closing, in early 2024, of the largest renewable energy acquisition in the region. His activity has been concentrated on the dynamic markets of Romania, Turkey, Bulgaria, Hungary, and Ukraine.
