Eugeniu Baltag, Investor Relations Manager of Purcari Wineries Group, is one of the speakers of MIRSANU IPO CHALLENGE 2024.
A professional with extensive experience in Investor Relations, Internal Audit, Financial Controlling and M&A, oriented on looking behind the numbers to identify value-adding opportunities and risk mitigation solutions. Gained invaluable insight into working in various industries: Wine and Agribusiness, Manufacturing, Telecommunications, and Advisory. Has developed a passion for telling the stories behind the numbers, and the story behind the wine.
Eugeniu Baltag holds a degree in Finance from the Academy of Economic Studies of Moldova, is an ACCA fellow (“FCCA”), Certified in Investor Relations (“CIR”) from the IR Society UK, has a WSET Level 2 Award in Wines from the Wine and Spirit Education Trust.
Following an IPO in 2018, Purcari is listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange.
