Diana Popescu, Deputy General Director of Front Office, Treasury and Public Debt, Ministry of Finance, is one of the speakers of MIRSANU SUSTAINABILITY CHALLENGE 2025.
Diana joined the Ministry of Finance of Romania in 2001. Since 2013 she is coordinating the front office activity, consisting of sovereign borrowings from domestic and international capital markets, cash management operations, investor relations, rating agencies related activity and governmental programs with state guarantees.
Diana received the Bachelors Degree in Management and Master Degree of Public Institutions Management from Bucharest Academy of Economic Studies.
