David Jennison, Co-founder and Vice Chairman of STJ Advisors, is one of the speakers of MIRSANU INVESTORS SUMMIT 2024.
Prior to establishing STJ in 2008, David was head of CEMEA Equity Capital Markets (ECM) at JP Morgan. Previously head of CEMEA and Healthcare ECM at Merrill Lynch. He Started in Equity capital markets in New York then London with Lehman Brothers.
After moving to London, David advised Emerging Markets issuers on accessing international equity capital markets since 1993, most recently airBaltic (Latvia) on its Eur 340 mn High Yield Bond last month and Hidroelectrica on its $2.1 bn IPO in 2023.
