Dan Stefan, Co-founder of Autonom, is one of the speakers of MIRSANU DEALMAKERS SUMMIT 2025.

Dan Stefan is an entrepreneur who’s passionate about developing people and building sustainable, learning-focused organizations.

After studying management in Bucharest, Orléans, and at the Sorbonne, he worked as a management consultant at a consulting firm in Paris, where he implemented efficiency programs for major global industrial groups.

Since 2006, he has chosen the path of entrepreneurship: together with his brother, he founded and leads the Autonom Group, the leading mobility provider in Romania.

He serves as an independent board member for several organizations, including companies, business associations, and NGOs.

Dan is also a strategy professor in the Romanian-Canadian MBA program at Bucharest Business School, since 2014. He believes in inclusive management, based on autonomy and shared values.
