Dan Farcasanu, Managing Partner of Mozaik Investments, is one of the speakers of MIRSANU DEALMAKERS SUMMIT 2025.
Dan has over 25 years of private equity and corporate finance expertise in CEE and Romania.
He also worked in other international asset managers such as The Carlyle Group, Resource Partners, GED, Global Finance. Dan did transactions in CEE and Romania, in industries such as fitness, telecom, retail, travel, hospitality or printing.
Dan has extensive experience in M&A, equity and debt finance and capital structures, and finally and most important working with founders and entrepreneurs. He held various Board positions in different industries and the local PE association.
Dan is a member in YPO, Romanian chapter. He is also a member in Romanian Business Leaders, TechAngels and Endeavour Romania.
