Cornelia is an experienced Deals Partner and Deals Platform leader within PwC Romania, with more than 30 years of deals related experience within Big4 companies, both in Romania and CEE region.
She advised high profile private investors (both strategic and financial investors) in complex deals (600+ deals, including 150+ PE deals) on acquisitions of /divestments from Targets operating in various sectors: power and utilities, pharma and healthcare, IT&C, media and entertainment, diversified industrial products, retail, consumer goods and real estate sectors.
Her area of expertise includes the following type of projects: sell-side or buy-side lead advisory mandates, buyer due diligences, vendor due diligences, SPA and vendor related assistance, privatizations, mergers, de-mergers, independent business reviews, strategic option analyses and post-integration advisory projects.
Cornelia is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA UK), member of the Chamber of Financial Auditors of Romania (CAFR) and member of the National Association of Authorised Valuers of Romania (ANEVAR).
