Catalin Neagu, founder and CEO of OKCREDIT IFN SA, is one of the speakers of MIRSANU DEALMAKERS SUMMIT 2025.
He is a dedicated professional and entrepreneur, active on financial services market for almost 20 years.
In 2006 he founded Top Factoring, a credit management company, successfully divested to the Swedish company Intrum, the most important European player in industry. Also, in 2014 he founded Telecredit IFN SA, a financial institution active on retail credits markets. He also successfully divested Telecredit IFN to an investment found, continuing his career in credit management area.
In 2021 he founded and runs since OKCREDIT IFN, building fully digitalized financial products for retail clients.
On December 4, 2025, the MIRSANU.RO transaction journal is hosting MIRSANU DEALMAKERS SUMMIT 2025, an OFFLINE event dedicated to the community of corporate transactions – mergers & acquisitions (M&A), financing, capital market transactions, real estate deals and other major corporative transactions.
