Bogdan Vaduva, with more than 20 years of experience in the professional services space, joined KPMG in 2004 and has continuously expanded his area of expertise from audit to corporate finance and deal advisory. He is the leader of Deal Advisory and Energy Practices of KPMG in Romania.
He has become a full spectrum adviser leading multi-disciplinary teams in high profile projects with some of Romania’s largest market players. He has been involved in numerous large transactions/restructuring projects with a focus on M&A and energy advisory. Intelligent and ambitious, Bogdan has had a leading role in making KPMG’s Energy Deal practice the most successful in the market.
Bogdan has a talent for inspiring people to develop, encouraging his teams to outgrow their potential and most importantly, to focus on exceeding KPMG clients’ expectations. He is an alumnus of Harvard Business School, with a Postgraduate Certificate – Program for Leadership Development – Executive Education and is a member of the UK-based Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA).
