Bogdan Vaduva, Advisory Partner, Head of Energy, Sustainability and Climate Change, KPMG in Romania is one of the speakers of THE SUSTAINABILITY CHALLENGE 2022, an event organized by the transaction journal MIRSANU.RO and dedicated to changes and challenges generated by sustainability in business models and financing models of the companies.
Bogdan Vaduva, with more than 20 years of experience in the professional services space, joined KPMG in 2004 and has continuously expanded his area of expertise from audit to corporate finance and deal advisory.
He has become a full spectrum adviser leading multi-disciplinary teams in high profile projects with some of Romania’s largest market players. He has been involved in numerous large transactions/restructuring projects with a focus on M&A and energy advisory. Bogdan has had a leading role in KPMG’s Energy Deal practice, one of the most successful in the market.
He is an alumnus of Harvard Business School, with a Postgraduate Certificate – Program for Leadership Development – Executive Education and is a member of the UK-based Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA).
