Bogdan Campianu, Managing Director and Head of SEE Investment Banking WOOD & Company, is one of the speakers of MIRSANU IPO CHALLENGE 2025.
Bogdan Campianu, with an experience of over 25 years in the capital markets has joined WOOD & Company in 2014 as Head of Romania, bringing a vast experience in top management positions in leading investment banks in Romania.
Bogdan’s experience includes listings, initial public offerings, private placements, secondary public offerings etc. He also has solid M&A track record in Romania having led deals in agriculture and food, banking, energy and industry sectors.
Bogdan has a Master of Business Administration with a focus in Finance and has taught for 10 years the Investments course in the Romanian-Canadian MBA Program.
