Andrei Dudoiu, Managing Partner & President BoD at SeedBlink, a tech-focused equity management and venture investment platform, is one of the speakers of MIRSANU DEALMAKERS SUMMIT 2023.
After 20 years of banking, in 2018 Andrei pivoted his career and entered the entrepreneurship world. He first co-founded Human Finance a platform that developed education digital tools for entrepreneurs and aggregated an investment readiness rating for the early-stage innovative startups.
One year later, in 2019 he and his partners made a spin-off and launched SeedBlink, the first financing infrastructure for European innovation developed in CEE. SeedBlink’s mission is to simplify and grow equity ownership in Europe by making it easier for tech-companies and their stakeholders to access, manage and trade equity.
