Andrei Bica, CFO Profi, is one of the speakers of MIRSANU DEALMAKERS SUMMIT 2023.
Andrei Bica has joined Profi on early 2021, undertaking the CFO role and he is responsible for Finance, IT, Digital, RPA and Indirect Procurement. His primary role is to directly contribute to increasing the enterprise value for Profi, which is a leading Romanian retailer. Before this role, Andrei used to have different finance executive roles, at both local and regional level, with Telekom, Vodafone, Metro Cash & Carry, Saatchi and was senior consultant with PwC Romania.
Andrei really believed that a strong team is always making the difference and that under the current constant changing business environment the key ingredients for success are to always reinvent, act as entrepreneur, be agile, be kind with people and take data-based decisions. He is taken his positive energy from transformational projects such as M&A, refinancing, setting up new business lines, transforming teams as to make them more effective.
