Andreea Pipernea is the Managing Partner of APlus Advisory, where she leads a broad portfolio of projects in M&A, corporate and growth financing, and venture capital. Through APlus, she supports entrepreneurs and companies in navigating transactions, securing capital, scaling their businesses, and designing long-term strategic development plans. APlus operates as a specialized boutique with a dedicated, multidisciplinary team, offering integrated advisory services across dealmaking, financing, and business transformation.
Andreea also serves as an independent board member at maib, the largest bank in the Republic of Moldova, where she contributes to the bank’s strategic direction and governance.
With over 25 years of experience in financial services, she has held senior leadership roles across banking, asset management, private pensions, insurance, and capital markets. Her track record includes serving as CEO of NN Pensii and holding executive roles at Citibank, Erste and ABN Amro in Romania.
In addition, Andreea is an angel investor and startup advisor, having completed a successful exit, and is actively involved in empowering the local entrepreneurial and venture ecosystem through mentorship and early-stage investments.
